For ten months, Aperio implemented the Aperio® Executive Team Leadership Development Program (AETLDP) with forty three executives of the company Building Support Services.
The objectives of the program were organizational transformation and responsibility at individual, team and organizational level. Split in three modules – Reveal, Create, Achieve- the program generated a new mission of the company, created by the employees. The company doubled the turnover and the ROI (return on investment) of AETLDP was 10:1.

Dan Mocanu, Sr. Executive Coach with Aperio Executive Coaching, has been extensively trained over a period of 17 years in the areas of coaching, leadership, communication and personal effectiveness.
He has worked with the leadership of more than 70 companies local and multinational and entrepreneurial with outstanding results in a surprisingly short amount of time.
He brings an outstanding management consulting, corporate and academic experience. During the 17 years in the United States, Dan was an engineer and manager at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA and taught science and mathematics at colleges in Seattle, WA.
Dan holds a MS in Physics from the University of Bucharest, in Bucharest, Romania and did graduate work in the US at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
