Timp de zece luni, Aperio a implementat programul “Aperio® Executive Team Leadership Development Program” (AETLDP) alaturi de patruzeci si trei de executivi din echipa Building Support Services.
Obiectivele programului au fost transformarea organizationala si responsabilizarea la nivel de individ, echipa si companie. Impartit in trei etape – Dezvaluie, Creeaza, Realizeaza – programul a generat o noua misiune, creata de angajati. Compania si-a dublat cifra de afaceri, iar ROI-ul (return on investment) programului AETLDP a fost de 10 :1.

About Dan Mocanu
Dan Mocanu, Sr. Executive Coach with Aperio Executive Coaching, has been extensively trained over a period of 17 years in the areas of coaching, leadership, communication and personal effectiveness.
He has worked with the leadership of more than 70 companies local and multinational and entrepreneurial with outstanding results in a surprisingly short amount of time.
He brings an outstanding management consulting, corporate and academic experience. During the 17 years in the United States, Dan was an engineer and manager at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA and taught science and mathematics at colleges in Seattle, WA.
Dan holds a MS in Physics from the University of Bucharest, in Bucharest, Romania and did graduate work in the US at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
